Celeste is an Associate in Bailey & Wyant, PLLC's Charleston, West Virginia office.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Marshall University and earned her J.D. from the Appalachian School of Law.  While at the Appalachian School of Law, Celeste participated in many community service projects and was also active in the Association of Women in Law.  Celeste currently resides in Putnam County with her husband and many children.
