David Mincer presented topics on negotiating complex claims and ethical considerations in personal injury actions. Jordan Herrick presented an update on the law applicable to the field and tips on the use of social media. Brian Morrison presented topics on insurance coverage and advanced accident investigations. Justin Taylor presented proper use of medical records and getting the most out of expert witnesses.
As of January 1, 2016, Justin C. Taylor has joined Bailey & Slotnick, PLLC, a member of Bailey & Wyant PLLC, as an equity shareholder. He has been a partner in the firm since 2005. Mr. Taylor obtained his law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1999, and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from West Virginia University in 1996.

Amy J. Haynie is a native of Kenova, Wayne County, West Virginia. She graduated from Marshall University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics. She then graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1997.
