Charles R. “Chuck” Bailey is the Managing Member of the Charleston office of Bailey & Wyant, PLLC. He currently serves as general counsel for the Greenbrier Valley Airport, the Eastern West Virginia Regional Airport, and counsel to the State Credit Union. Mr. Bailey frequently lectures on topics pertaining to litigation tactics, professional liability, insurance coverage, labor and employment law, civil rights and governmental liability.
